What actually happens
Taking a bulk product and using appropriate modern machinery and plant to transfer into pre-determined sized and configured bags (determined either by weight and/or volume)

Rejuvenating old and/or solid product
If you have a product that has become hard and lumpy, we can rip and tip from old bags and bring them back to their former condition.

Loading and Stacking
Taking the finished bags to their desired destination ready for despatch
The final part of the process is stacking or loading to the customer's requirement whether this be STACKS, AWAITNG LORRIES or MAFFIS.

Re-bagging of old products
We pride ourselves on the efficiency with which we manage our Rip and Tip procedures, resulting in huge cost savings for you, the customer. We also offer the manual screening of lumpy products.
